NANGROW™ Snack O’Clock Contest

AUTHORIZATION & RELEASE

I grant Société des Produits Nestlé Ltd, of Vevey, Switzerland and Nestlé India Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, successors and assigns and those acting under its permission (“Nestlé”) the following authorization and consent in relation with the “Material” described as follows:

• Pictures / Videos and written text of my recipe(s);
• My Name & Bio

I say that the above mentioned “Material” has been voluntary uploaded and shared expressly by me on NANGROW^™ / Nestlé website/microsite during and for participating in the NANGROW^™ Snack-o-Clock Recipe Contest (“Contest”).

I, hereinafter the ‘Participant’ presently residing in India, hereby state that I have voluntarily participated in the Contest and have expressly shared my recipes/name/photographs/images/vidoes/ reels/social media handles/bio (“Material”) with Nestlé for the Contest. I hereby expressly give my consent to Nestlé to use, reuse, adapt, edit, reproduce, publish, develop, broadcast, compile, present, post, repost etc. (including but not limited to all commercial or non-commercial purposes, arising now or in future), my Mateiral for the above mentioned Contest, in whole or in part, with my real or fictitious name or no name on a world-wide basis, now or at any time in the future.

I, in my entire legal capacity and above age of 18 years - give express consent, agree and have no objection whatsoever to the use, reproduction, adaptation, translation, exhibition, posting, reposting, transmission and/ or broadcasting by any means or media including the internet, intranet, Websites, Digital platforms (You tube, Facebook , Instagram, Twitter (now X) and Nestlé websites and micro websites) TV, Advertising cinema, IVR and/ or any other medium as deem fit for all promotion and awareness in connection / conjunction with the contest for its use worldwide and for perpetuity by Nestlé. My Material can also be used, reproduced, compiled or showcased as a part of record/ World record by any entity authorized by Nestlé for perpetuity across the Globe.

It is understood that I do not own the Copyright of the Material(s), photograph (s), TV Commercial Footage)/ Creative (s)/ Write up (s)/ and /or Drawings or their negatives and any and all the intellectual property rights therein and the Copyright in the same shall vest with Nestlé India and or third party entities authorized by Nestlé / representatives of Nestlé for perpetuity.

I grant to Nestlé all rights of every nature relating to the reproduction and use of my “Material”, and waive any rights that I may have pursuant to any statute or law. I also waive any right I might have to inspect and/or approve the “Material”.

I am of legal age and have every right to contract in my own name. If not, I have my parent or guardian confirming the Authorization and Release by signing here below.

I also agree that this Authorization and Release shall be binding on my heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns.
