How do I prepare one serve of LACTOGROW®?
- Boil drinking water and leave it till lukewarm
- Gradually mix approximately 3 teaspoonso (-33.5g) to 210ml of lukewarm water until powder is fully dissolved
Mixing with water at more than body temperature may compromise benefits of the probiotics.
Also tastes delicious with milk

Suggested servings: 2 serves per day. Recommended to be consumed along with variety of foods like cereals, pulses, fruits & vegetables for your 2-6 year old child.
Can LACTOGROW® be mixed in other smoothies/shakes as well?

Should LACTOGROW® be served as a hot or cold beverage?
LACTOGROW® is best enjoyed when mixed in lukewarm water but the same may be served as a cold beverage too. Please ensure the water that is added must be boiled and cooled. It should not be mixed in water with a temperature of more than 37oC as that can compromise the benefits of probiotics.
What is the difference between LACTOGROW® and Ceregrow™?
Is LACTOGROW® suitable for my child?
LACTOGROW® is a nutritious milk drink to support your child’s normal physical growth and development, normal brain and cognitive development, and normal immune system function. Due to its high whey protein content, LACTOGROW® is also easily digestible. However, LACTOGROW® contains lactose, occurring naturally in milk, and is not suitable for children with lactose intolerance and galactosemia.
How is LACTOGROW® different from LACTOGEN?
Lactogen is an Infant Formula meant for 0 – 2 years old babies who cannot be breastfed and should be given on doctor’s advice only. However, LACTOGROW® is a Growing UP Milk meant for toddlers in the age group of 2 – 6 years for their overall growth and development. Please contact your Pediatrician for further details.
I am giving my child NANGROW™. Should I switch to LACTOGROW®?
Both NANGROW™ and LACTOGROW® are nutritious milk drinks for growing children. Both contains nutrients, which are known to support growth & development of children of specific age group. You may choose the product basis your child’s preference of flavor, his nutritional requirements and product availability.
Does LACTOGROW® provide balanced nutrition?
LACTOGROW® is a nutritious milk drink recommended to be consumed as part of a varied diet including appropriate amounts of fruits, vegetables, cereals, dals and pulses. LACTOGROW® provides nutrition for the growth & development for your child.
2 serves of LACTOGROW® as part of your child’s varied diet may help support normal physical growth and development, normal brain and cognitive development, normal immune system functioning and normal bones development. LACTOGROW® is also easily digestible due to its whey protein content.
Can LACTOGROW® be used as a sole source of nutrition?
LACTOGROW® is a nutritious milk drink and not a meal replacement. We recommend 2 serves of LACTOGROW® as a part of a varied diet including appropriate amounts of fruits, vegetables, cereals, dals and pulses. This may help support your child’s growth & development. Please contact your pediatrician or nutritionist for further advice.
Does LACTOGROW® contain any sugar?
LACTOGROW® does not contain any added sucrose. It contains lactose, which is a form of sugar that comes from milk. Lactose is a good form of sugar in comparison to sucrose.
Sugar is a source of energy, but needs to be consumed in recommended portions, that is 4-5 tsp a day as it is also low in other nutrients like vitamins & minerals. Eating too much sugar increases the chance of the child being overweight. LACTOGROW® contains lactose that provides sweetness to the drink and we recommend no further addition of table sugar to the drink. Please contact your Pediatrician for further details.
Is milk a complete breakfast?
My child has a very strong preference for sweet foods and drinks; how do I make him drink LACTOGROW®?
Children should not be given too much of sugary foods as they increase the chances of a child being overweight. Recommended amount of sugar intake in a day is 4-5 tsp. a day.
Gradually try to reduce the sugar content in the child’s diet and replace with naturally sweet foods like fruits, dates, raisins, figs etc., which are sources of calories, as well as nutrients like vitamins and minerals. Desserts and sweets like candies, cookies, cakes, sweetened soft drinks, packaged fruit juices etc. should be given to children occasionally as a sweet treat and in controlled portions.

LACTOGROW® is a source of vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus and vitamin B. These nutrients help support both the normal development of muscles & bones in children thereby helping in their physical growth and development. Protein is also essential for physical development. LACTOGROW® has high quality whey protein, which is easy to digest.
Are probiotics safe for consumption by my child?
Probiotics comprise microbes and bacteria such as Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, bifidobacteria, Pediococcus, have been used extensively throughout human history. In fact, bifidobacteria are the predominant naturally occurring bacteria in breast-fed infants and are also considered to contribute to the infants’ health in numerous ways.
Bifidobacterium also known as good bacteria constitutes one of the major bacteria in the human gut. Basis number scientific studies and researches, FDA has granted GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) status to Lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and lactococci genera.
What are the benefits of probiotics?

What is L.Reuteri and what are its benefits?
L.Reuteri is a probiotic which modulates the gut microbiota and confer various health benefits if consumed in desired amount. L.reuteri is associated with multitude of benefits like prevention & management of FGIDs and supporting normal immune system function. It is an ingredient unique to LACTOGROW®.
How does LACTOGROW® maintain freshness without any preservatives?
LACTOGROW® is a nutritious milk powder, which is made for growth and development of toddlers. The milk powder is spray dried/dehydrated and has very low moisture content to avoid development of any microorganisms. Additionally, all packs are flushed with inert nitrogen gas to expel oxygen. This allows the product to remain fresh throughout its shelf life.
LACTOGROW® comes with two layers of protection. The first layer, pouch, protects the product from moisture, oxygen, humidity and temperature. The pouch also ensures that the inert gas, that keeps the powder from oxidation, is properly secured. The pouch is protected using a box.
